Sophie joined The Butterflies when they first launched in 2014, and is now back where she belongs after a short break.

She has danced and performed since the age of 13 – mainly focusing on musical theatre and now she enjoys the different dance styles which The Butterflies include in their routines.

Sophie has an urban edge to her style with commercial being her strong point. She loves performing with a bit of sass!

The Butterflies fondly nickname Sophie, Ditzy. She’s our fitness fanatic! Who never fails to make everyone laugh! And when she isn’t dancing she can usually be found at the gym, with her head in lots of books or forcing the Butterflies to do her gruelling core workouts!
